Robert & Anne Schmit Endowed Fund Give to St. Vincent De Paul of Escanaba

            Community Foundation for Delta County Board of Trustee Members, Mr. Bob VanDamme, Mr. Eric Willour and Mr. Nick Chenier presents a check for $2,697.98 to the St. Vincent de Paul Vice President Escanaba District Ms. Loretta Dechristopher for the Escanaba Food Pantry from the Robert & Anne Schmit Endowed Fund held by the Community Foundation for Delta County, an affiliate of the Community Foundation of the Upper Peninsula.

            On behalf of the Community Foundation for Delta County Board of Trustees, we are honored to be able to provide annual funds to the St. Vincent de Paul – Escanaba Food Pantry from the philanthropic wishes of Mr. Robert and Mrs. Anne Schmit.

            “The annual gift we receive from the Robert & Anne Schmit Endowed Fund, as well as support from the Community Foundation for Delta County and other donors, is critical to the success of the Escanaba Food Pantry and helping those in need of food,” commented Ms. Dechristopher.
